The property was beautiful, amazing design and decor. The staff was friendly and available when ever they were needed. I felt that I was in a safe environment, and the restaurant service, food and staff were extraordinary! Also the view of the city from the room was spectacular!

The room was nice clean BUT very noisy screaming in hallway which was scary think maybe some guets having a domestic. Also what really annoyed me was the men maybe concierges outside waiting for guests asked if my daughter and I wanted a taxi he said yes we get you one 100 dirhams to go to Dubai mall!! I knew it was only around 30-40 as we took a taxi day before. I gave him a some advice the day we left that SCAMMING females he should be ashamed. Am sorry to say i did not feel safe as at night you would see a lot of ladies of the night coming in / out some trust me didnt have much clothing on! Disgusting to see

Everything was amazing with this property. From check in to food to our wonderful view of dubai from our room, 5 star ratings all around. The staff were wonderful and the continental breakfast every morning was delicious. So many options to choose from and a special shoutout to manjoor who helped us every morning during breakfast. Would highly recommend this hotel.

My wife and I stayed at the Hilton Al Habtoor for 3 nights in January 2025. We were happy with the hotel. The rooms was spacious and well furnished. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful (and all speaking perfect English, of course...). The price was reasonable. The breakfast buffet was good, with a big variety of food. There are several restaurants in the hotel, all rather expensive, but that's to be expected. A nice bonus is that the hotel offers free shuttle service to the nearby Dubai Mall and to the sister hotel near the seashore.

Everyone at the property was kind and helpful. The room was clean with ample amenities. They replaced the bottled water everyday which was very nice! They need more American tv channels, however or at least a streaming option like Netflix or Apple. The morning breakfast, I didn't enjoy. Quite expensive and served the same thing everyday. Definitely not worth the price. The Silk Spa treatment was really nice! Emily did an amazing job on my Balinese massage!!! However, they need more therapists in order to accommodate more people. Also, don't forget to use the coupons they give you at check-in. I personally didn't find the restaurants food to be tasty at all. I tossed several meals and wasted a lot of money. I did enjoy the Steakhouse in the Palace Hotel next door. Great price, great service, great ambiance and good food!

You are close to the mall. You are close to the beach and close to the airport. Its a perfect spot. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is amazing and every morning you can try a different cuisine at the buffet. Truly a five star experience
