End up checking out early because no housekeeping ever came and we had to ask for towels and water. The never answered our call to the front desk and could not communicate with the staff because the limited English or Arabic language. Was told that they could not help us with anything because we booked it with 3rd party. Never will I come back again. There so many others hotels in the area to go.
