I’m not quite sure where to begin, as this is my first time writing a review for a hotel or residence. Visiting Egypt for the first time, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of luxury at Prime Residence. Its location is ideal—close to the airport and just a short distance from City Stars Mall. I was impressed by the design and cleanliness of the residence. The staff provided exceptional service, and I felt secure throughout my stay. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting, and I’m already looking forward to returning in June. Thank you for showing me that Egypt can be as luxurious as Dubai!

Am never going to book for the hotel. There is no parking and I had to roam around looking for paid public parking. Plus I did not enjoy my experience staying in the hotel. Next time i will stick to regular hotels I use.

Megfelelő hotel. Közel a metró. 2-3 percre . Boltok 1 percre is vannak. Gyalogos-metrós városnézésre is kiváló. A szobák kellően nagyon, tea konyhával rendelkeznek. Reggeli pluszban fizethető, kb 2000 Ft a reggeli / fő / alkalom, ami Dubaji szinten jónak mondható. Rosszat nem tudok mondani a hotelre. Ajánlom mindenkinek.

Some of the staff at the reception were not friendly. He was not willing to assist in anyway as my first time in Dubai. The gentleman who picked me at the port was so nice and good to me. He also dropped me at the airport and helped me the trolley. He is the reason why I will come back.
