It’s a decent property. I couldn’t understand why there was one toothbrush and one robe when the booking clearly indicated two guests. The pillows need to have cases that fully cover the pillows and not have them exposed. That’s not hygienic.

Good value for money. Fairly well located. Food quite good - different kinds of cuisine. Surrounding area has a great walkability to restaurants & shopping. The manager Abhilash takes great care of the customers.

The staff were very kind and helpful. Our room was cleaned everyday and they replaced the towels every time. Best part about this hotel is it’s in a very convenient location, being close to highways and major landmarks in Dubai. The parking was efficient. The spa room which had a sauna and a large hot tub was empty every time I went, thus allowing me to have the whole room to myself. The breakfast was fairly good, had plenty of options and fresh coffee/juices. Overall, the rooms are fairly spacious with a nice bathroom. The views aren’t great. I wouldn’t recommend the Halo restaurant by the lobby, there are far better restaurants in Dubai. The staff is very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good to start the day, haha I guarantee you there is no shortage of eggs here. A nicer hotel than the average.

I had to ask several times for room upgrade, the hot water and water pressure in shower is a big issue has that issue even after upgrade which wasted my time packing and unpacking.

Excellent care from all staff. Friendly, genuinely happy to help and maintain a professional and warming approach. Nice clean hotel room with good facilities. Also the room had probably one of the easiest aircon systems to use and very quiet too. Didn't have breakfast or use the pool facilities, so can't comment. Overall very peased to have stayed.

The housekeeping staff was excellent we were glad to have Musa and Binod for daily cleaning. They were polite and supplied extra fresh towels one evening after a hot day. We were also greeted daily by a nice caring staff. The Restaurant offered excellent food, cudos to the chef and restaurant staff, especially Imane with the tropical drinks. We also had a nice waitress working in the cafe, didn’t get her name possibly African cudos to you too for making our stay enjoyable. There was small issue, carpet had a stain which we made Mr. Mohammed aware after checking in, but he later asked my husband about it, after my husband reminded him about a our previous conversation, he then told my husband to disregard the issue.

My wife and I stayed at Edge Creekside Hotel for 7 days and we had a very good time. The staff especially in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very delicious and had a lot of variety to choose from. I would definitely return to Edge anytime i am in the UAE. Oh, on Fridays there is a small Asian restaurant on the ground floor, they have the best seafood meals.

i was a little disappointed i booked a suite with a creek view said i required a low floor as i hate heights the room was on the 13th floor and because of the huge tall buildings we could see hardly any of the creek also no balcony the noise from the traffic never stopped and their was a loud extractor fan which kept us awake ed her disappointed as it was not what we expected so over priced

7 starts experience in a star hotel.
It’s always a great pleasure to stay there. I’m visiting Dubai almost every month. I’ve been stayed business bay and marine area as well. I’m stating this hotel in my last 4 trips. I literally enjoyed the service, cleanliness, care in this hotel that I didn’t see at many 5 stars. It’s located in a convenient location with attractions around. As a shisha lover, I would say the shisha longe located at 2nd floor was my second room. Menu is rich, yet price isn’t. I thank all the crew who’s taking care of me especially in restaurant and lounge area. Another attractive experience that I had was the effort the general manager spent to find my forgotten phone in the taxi who dropped me at the hotel. He literally let me use his cell to perform the international call to my bank in USA to track the payment processing records to find taxi company. And my phone was in my hand in 30 minutes. I thank here Mr Jawad for his extreme efforts. I would say look no place else to stay in Dubai.

Excellent hotel, highly recommended
The hotel is brand new Room was very clean, all the furniture was in a very good condition, the bed was very comfy It would be great to explain guests with live instructions of how to use the lock system, I have never seen a lock system like that. But my flight to Dubai was late at night, probably that was why no instruction was provided. The service in the lobby was exceptional and very friendly. Unfortunately I have not visited any facilities in the hotel like the swimming pool etc as during the day I was mainly outside and I returned to the hotel rather late. There is one other hotel with the same name but in a different location so it is very important to tell to taxi drivers that the hotel is Edge Creekside Hotel in Deira (I was originally delivered by a taxi driver to a wrong place)

Most definitely a 9/10 rating overall.
Definitely a place to stay if you are visiting Dubai. Staff is very friendly, food quality was OK, nothing to brag about. Next time, I would prefer to have off site breakfast package. They try hard, but Arab Food is not something we really cared for, too bland and not great flavor. Even Coffee did not meet our expectation. Basically excellent accomodation made it up for the shortfall in food quality.

Best place in Deira
The hotel was great...we booked 2 bedrooms apartment everything was clean and new...staff are polite and helpful...the location is good have few minimart 2 mn walk from the hotel..we rent a car and we can park to car in the basement for free.. The metro station is close also from the hotel We will coke back for sure

Everything above average !
The room us very modern with touch controls for the temperature abd ligbring right next to the bed. Very clean.. in fact spotless. The housekeeping staff works hard especially May, the very pleasant and smiing housekeeper who kept our room tidy for three days before we checked out. The hotel was great and the staff makes it better ! I will be back !
