Not convenient
It was ok but not convenient in terms of the how the room it is designed for example. I had to move the furniture to get the table close to the only electric socket in the room for my computer!

The location was ideal, very friendly concierge and helpful in terms of booking us the taxis. Would have been nice to have softer pillows and harder beds (!!) but no drama. Apartment was cleaned every day and was very spacious - kids loved it!! Would definitely stay again. Thank you all for such a wonderful time.

Highly recommend Dunes
I went with my sisters and cousin. The hotel apartment was more than we expected. Staff right from reception to cleaners were always smiling and ready to help. Location is wonderful too. Overall we had a very comfortable stay.

The apartment was big and spacious, but needs some repairs. There were moldy patches on the walls and ceiling. The staff were very polite and helpful.

Amazing staff. Great customer service. Clean pool and hot tub. Stream room cosy but comfortable. Location is a bit of a trek to the transit line but taxis are plentiful.

Stayed for a week. Everything was great. Staff was very helpful. Only down side is you need transportation to get around. Bought a bus/metro pass so no biggie. Restaurant was pretty good and affordable.

It was really worth for money. if you want cheap stay with your family, book it with less than USD 100. more than that is not a good spent. I stayed at the top of the option in the hotel but everything was old fashioned in the room and even the mattress was really cheap. The smell in the room was unpleasant neither. I had trusted the reviews all the time but I am suspicious of its trustworthiness now.

I stayed at the Dunes for a total of 21 days. The staff were incredible. Very helpful with everything. The reception desk personnel took care of all my needs. Cleaning crew and room service was well above average. This review is the least I can do for them.

Stayed 17 days very clean. Close to stores, Dubai Creek Park, Wafi, and Lamcy Plaza. Chunky Cheese near by. Great breakfast. Suite had everything needed to cook full meals. Washing machine a plus. Shuttle to many places. Staff very helpful when asked questions. Clean room, quiet neighborhood. Would stay again. Close to health care city which was a plus since we were there for surgery. Had our son and he enjoyed the pool. Staff were really kind to him.

A very nice hotel with a small supermarked next to
WE arrived after midnight and should first check in at pm, but the friendly staff got us an excellent room right away, so we could get to bed and they even upgrade us.They were so nice and helpful all the time. Then breakfast was served outside by a lovely staff, and the hotel is in walking distance from a big hotel where we could have dinner with wine. The rooms were excellent with micro oven, washing machine fridge & freezer, what more can you want on your holliday

Nice Rooms
The hotel rooms are comfortable and spacious. Though being a hotel appartment it dose not have a 24 hours romm service. Over all the hotel is a nice value for money.
