I had great experience staying here. People were very friendly and accommodating. Great maintenance of the area. Room service teams were amazing and they always showed up around the time I leave the room and was very clean when I returned. Even the manager showed up at one point to check how the service was and I think that is very thoughtful because they care about their customers. Fantastic job by his team and the service they provide.

In Dubai most hotels are modern and most hotels have great views. This is the best and most modern Courtyard I've ever been to. Rooms are amazing and I stayed in a corner suite and I loved it. Breakfast was solid and the hotel staff were great. It's located in a part of town where there isn't much to walk to but a good intersection between the airport and downtown. Solid.

Excellent room with helpful staff. If you’re a westerner, the breakfast buffet May bewilder you, but it’s all good food. They will make the eggs of your choice. There is a metro station about a 12 minute walk from the hotel, but do know you have to cross a dirt parking lot to get to it. The metro is very easy to navigate to get you where you want to go.

Trent at the front desk was GREAT! ROOMS are AWFUL. The shower floor had water like if someone took a shower before I reached to the room. The rooms are small and you get ALL THE NOISE from the aisle. The breakfast is average. Check other properties before picking up this one.

All the 5 stars to this hotel! What an extraordinary place with an amazing staff. Starting from the reception to the restaurant in the hotel, everything is fabulous. I can barely think of anything that could have better because everything was so perfect. Special thanks to the faces of this hotel: Bonnie Alex at the reception counter and Mohammed Saeid for their world best customer service. From day one, till the moment I checked out, they have been greatly helpful. Every request we made, they took care of it a best way. My apologies folks, last day we were on a very tight schedule and could not spend few more minutes with you but you won our hearts. I would only prefer to stay in this hotel. Thanks a million again! Another best thing about this hotel is MOMO Bistro. What a great place, including all the staff. Everyone is so dedicated and so humble including the chefs. One of the chefs was so nice, he made all the great dishes with the exact taste as I was expecting. Thank you very much to the entire hotel team for making us feel so special. Highly recommended hotel if staying Dubai.
