GUEST IDENTIFICATION

• A valid passport or Emirates ID must be provided for all guests aged 18+ before check-in.
• Your ID will only be used to register your stay on the DTCTM (Dubai Tourism Authorities) portal and provide you with the building access required by the Security.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

• Check-in: From 3:00 PM
• Check-out: By 11:00 AM

Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur a fee of AED 100 per hour.

PROPERTY USE

• The property is strictly for residential stays only and may not be used for commercial purposes.
• Additional cleaning or laundry services are available upon request for an extra fee.

KEYS & ACCESS CARDS

• Please handle keys and access cards with care. Lost or damaged keys/cards will incur a replacement fee of AED 1,000 each.

NO SMOCKING INDOORS

• Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. Any evidence of smoking will result in a cleaning and odor removal fee of AED 4,000.
