Excellent City Centre Hotel
Rooms were large and spacious. Kingsize Bed matterrese was very comfortable. Bathroom all amenities in excellent condition. Room cleanliness each day very good. All hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Manager excellent and made my stay very pleasant. Used Pool, Sauna and Gym. Near heart of Sharjah City.

It’s one of the worst properties I have ever stayed. Everything is disaster. The receptionist communicates in double meaning. No food, no water and. No towels. All the staff’s working at the property is worstly managed I will never recommend this hotel nor would I ever stay again.

Hidden Gem
The hotel is surprisingly modern and beautifully outfitted. The area is perhaps not the most glamorous but it’s located near most major local attractions.

Der Hotelservice war nicht ausreichend (es fehlten an manchen Tagen Handtücher und Kopfkissenbezüge). Servicepersonal agierte erst nach Aufforderung. Die Zimmer waren sauber und die Lage gut. Ich würde beim nächsten Sharjah Besuch dennoch ein anderes Hotel wählen.

L hotel est propre , les chambres sont spacieuses, le personnel est adorable et serviable en particulier tarek à la réception un grand merci pour tout . Par contre le personnel du ménage a oublié durant les 15 jours de mettre soit les serviettes, soit le papier toilette, soit le café, soit les petite bouteilles d eau et ont même oublié une fois de faire la chambre. Nous devions tout les jours descendre nous plaindre à la reception c est inadmissible pour un 4 étoiles. Mis à part ce point négatif nous avons passer un bon sejour dans cet hotel.
