Very friendly staff. Some issues with our room occasionally but this was dealt with promptly. Food options on offer could be better. I would definitely stay here again. The kids loved it too and made friends with the ladies at the front desk, i cannot praise them enough.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön. Alle Mitarbeiter immer zuvorkommend. Privatstrandzugang. Leider etwas Lärm an der Palme wegen den ganzen Autos. Aber im Großen und Ganzen war es ein wirklich richtig schöner Aufenthalt.

Maten och städningen är mycket dålig Frukosten var smaklös och av mycket dålig kvalitet. Och varje gång man kom ut från frukostbuffén så stank man matos trots att man bara varit inne en kort stund för att hämta mat och suttit utomhus. Rummet var inte ordentligt städat en enda gång under vistelsen och myror kröp runt i köket. Varje gång en granne i rummen intill spolade så hördes det som en våg i rummet. Likaså när de stängde sin dörr så lät det som att någon kom in i vårt rum. Jag kommer inte bo här igen.

Det som gör att hotellet får tre stjärnor och inte två är det fina läget och den mycket fina stranden. Poolen var liten men fräsch och fin. Det som drar ner betyget är städningen på hotellet som var under all kritik och maten. Frukosten helt okej men kunde mätta sig men inte mer än så, lunchen var inte ens ätbar

The good: - My room was upgraded from one bed apt to one with a balcony - Most of the staff were courteous and had a smile on their faces. They were all helpful when approached. - Room was spacious and clean. Though the carpets could have done with a deeper clean. - Breakfast buffet had good options - I am fine with repeatations here so ymmv - I went for half board (as got a really nice deal) and lunch (though fixed menu) was really good. - Beach was really nice and well served by the staff The bad: - Pool was a bit small but the beach is a good alternative - Room missed a dishwasher - though the house maintenance staff cleaned the occational stray cup left in the sink - The hotel in not ON the beach - it's behind the Radisson resort - though it took 5 mins to walk to the beach - The dinner buffet options were uninspiring - Loud road contruction noise woke me up in the morning even though I was on a high floor and the windows were shut (unfortunately out of hotel's controls) - Friday evenings the traffic is really bad with cars heading to west beach - leading to impassionate honking till around 2-3AM (again out of hotel's control the fix) Overall good for the price paid - and can imagine will be excellent for families with kids.

Amazing staff, modern property, clean and comfortable rooms (with kitchenette & washing machine). Area is live and walkable and full of great dining options. Hotel has a private beach with towel service. Free parking for hotel guests. Nearby grocery store. The only downside is that the are are gets extremely busy specially during the weekends.

Die Infrastruktur auf der Palme ist unterirdisch. Kaum Strassen, jeden Tag Staus ohne Ende. Das Hotel liegt an einer Brücke auf der die Supersportcars die Performance testen (extrem laut vorallem an Freitag/Samstagabend bsi in die frühen Morgenstunden. Vor dem Hotel liegt ein U-Turnpunkt, der 24/7 überfüllt ist und sehr viele Autofahrer zu Hupkonzerten animiert

Das Hotelpersonal ist immer freundlich gewesen. Zimmerreinigung: Leider ist die Reinigung im Zimmer schlecht gewesen. Spiegel wurden nie gewischt, gesaugt wurde auch nicht ordentlich, da überall immer unsere Haare vom Föhnen rumflogen. Essen: wenig Auswahl, es war ok. Trotz Halbpension mussten wir freitags immer für ein Seafood Abend 129 Dirham pro Person bezahlen, damit wir uns am Buffet bedienen dürfen. Wenn man das nicht bezahlt, darf man a la carte bestellen, 1 Vorspeise, 1 Hauptgang, 1 Dessert und das trotz gebuchter Halbpension, empfanden wir als Frechheit und viele andere Gäste auch. Es kam sehr oft vor, dass die Essensbehälter leer waren und man immer das Personal bitten musste Nachschub zu holen. Das ist Aufgabe des Personals darauf zu achten. Man hat nach dem Essen immer extrem nach Essen gerochen, die Kleidung, Haare, alles roch nach Essen. Strand: der Privatstrand ist sehr schön und ruhig. Man hat immer, zu jeder Zeit Liegen mit Sonnenschirm bekommen oder auch Cabana. Das Personal am Strand ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Hält alles sehr sauber. Alles in einem: für ein Mittelklasse Hotel, würden wir das Hotel nicht nochmal buchen. Wir hatten das Hotel bereits bei Google bewertet, leider zu frühzeitig.
