Felt like home from home. Clean, Spotless beddings, staff helpful and happy individuals. Swimming pool was great. You want privacy then choose secret location, this hotel is very publicly busy and in the centre of Deira locality. I will recommend and stay again particularly with family.

Stayed here before with the convenience of hotel parking and the location suits me. This hotel is quickly running down. If it wants to keep the good standard then they should really be focusing on the maintenance especially in the bathroom. Overall still a good hotel.

Generally the place was of a good standard. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would like to highly recommend the young lady, who helped us on arrival, but unfortunately I did not make a note of her name. She was extremely helpful, pleasant, efficient and patient helping a very tired 76 year old. Thank you.

This is a lovely property in a very convemient location. The room we were given had a beautiful view. Very clean and tidy. Apart from the ever friendly staff at the reception and the portering service, a special word of thanks to the cleaning staff, who clearly work very hard to maintain the high standard. Only reason the stay wasn’t excellent was that our room wasn’t available. It was upgraded for the night but we were told we’d have to move the next day which would have been inconvenient. When we checked with reception in the morning we were told we didn’t have to move, so we were able to settle in. Staff very friendly.

Dubai holiday

First time staying in this hotel but we will definitely stay here again . Convenient for metro, less than 2 minutes walk to the metro station. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived but Devina was really friendly, offered us a welcome drink and also gave us late checkout until 3pm which was a great help. The room was clean and has a washing machine so handy to wash and dry clothes. There’s a lot of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Ayoub , the bell boy was also really friendly and helpful as were the cleaning staff when requesting towels/additional things. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable.

An average type of hotel, it’s literally a 3 star. Apartment was decent and clean, breakfast was terrible, no staff at all, one person handling the whole breakfast section, took half an hour to make my omlette and in the end gave it to someone else. I have stayed at several other hotels in this particular area so can easily say other hotels were far better than this for very similar prices per night. So wont be staying there again for sure not just because of the “omelette issue” but overall its an average 3 star hotel
