• We’ve been informed that the iconic Dubai Fountain show will be temporarily closed starting May 2025 for a comprehensive upgrade and routine maintenance. This closure, which is expected to last approximately five months, is being carried out by the city authorities and is unfortunately beyond our control. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. • Any additional requests or mid-stay cleaning services will incur an extra charge/fee. • Standard check-out time is no later than 11:00 AM. If guests delay the cleaners from starting at the predetermined check-out time, a charge of 300 AED will apply from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM. After 1:00 PM, guests will be charged a full night`s stay for the late check-out and cleaning delay. • Any last-minute extensions will incur additional charges for cleaning cancellation. • Please return the access cards in good condition upon check-out. 1. No smoking inside the house. There is a penalty of AED 3,000 for smoking inside the unit as it damages our furniture and leaves smoke odours which is difficult to remove. 2. Pets are not allowed. 3. We require a photocopy of a valid government-issued Identification (such as a passport, Emirates ID, or GCC ID card) for registration before check-in. This information will be collected on our online check-in and rental agreement forms. 4. It is forbidden to host additional people not declared upon reservation. 5. Please note that any additional requests or services such as mid-stay cleanings will incur an extra charge/fee. 6. The property is for the sole use of domestic stay and not for any commercial business operation. 7. Guests are reminded to look after their valuables (wallets, jewellery, mobile phones, laptops, passports, etc.). ARABNB will not be liable for any loss or damage to your belongings. 8. Please handle keys and access cards with care. Any damage or loss will be subject to a charge of 500 AED 9. NO REFUND will be given on ANY unused days of booking if the guest chooses to check out earlier than their booking period. 10. Guests are obliged to pay for any loss or damage of property caused by themselves, their friends, or any person for whom they are responsible.

Appartement magnifique, très bien équipé, décoration soignée, vraiment très propre et surtout une vue fantastique juste en face du Burj Khalifa admirable depuis les deux balcons et la baie vitrée de la seconde chambre . En bonus, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porsche, Bentley et autres dans le parking de l’immeuble. Très haut niveau de prestation.
