"It's one of the newer hotels in Ruston and yet my room had significant water damage to the ceiling. I'm from the area and come back 5-6 times a year. Typically staying at the Holiday Inn. Very disappointed no one has reached out to me after requesting mamager comtact me. "

"We checked in late at night and they claimed their cc machine was not working. They made us pay $100 incidental fee in cash. We had no option. In the morning they added "extra" fees to our stay and refused to give us back our entire cash deposit. Very disappointing and criminal. The room conditions were just terrible."

"The view is spectacular. It is an older house but so comfortable and cozy. The area can’t be any better. Woods out the front and lake out the back it was great. Fishing was good and dogs were welcome. Lots of room to roam. I would recommend and stay again if back in area. "
