- Welcome to our Spacious 2BR apartment in a historic home! This beautifully maintained home features original architectural details, high ceilings, and hardwood floors, complemented by a fully equipped kitchen and contemporary amenities.
Our apartment has two large bedrooms with queen beds, a full kitchen and bathroom. This location is very close to all the hospitals in DuBois and is a perfect home away from home.
This apartment operates on a shared boiler system with a shared thermostat. To ensure your comfort, we provide space heaters for additional warmth as needed. In the summer, window AC units are available to keep the space cool.
