This lakefront retreat in the gated community of Treasure Lake is nestled in a peaceful cove with a private dock and sleeps up to 14 guests.

Swim, kayak, and fish right from the backyard, or relax on the spacious covered porch overlooking the lake.

This 3,600 sq ft lakefront home features six private bedrooms and four full baths, comfortably accommodating family vacations and gatherings. A lower-level game room provides additional space for kids and teens. Also ideal for golf groups and guests attending weddings at Lakeview Lodge, just a 5-minute walk away.


MAIN LIVING SPACE AND KITCHEN
The main living space features cedar plank walls and cathedral ceilings, a gas fireplace, smart TV, and a fully stocked kitchen with direct access to the covered porch overlooking the lake.

The kitchen includes
-Full-size refrigerator, range, microwave, and dishwasher
-Drip coffee maker and Keurig (bring K-cups)
-Cookware, dishes, utensils, and baking sheets
-Crock Pot (slow cooker), blender, toaster, and teapot
-Second refrigerator in the lower level

-Dock currently positioned at the shoreline and not available for use due to the lake dredging project completed in Spring 2025. It will be reinstalled once lake level returns to full capacity, projected for mid-summer though timing may vary depending on rainfall.
-Water depth approximately 4–5 feet at the dock and deepens to 10 ' when lake levels are normal
-Two kayaks and a paddle boat provided
-Additional kayaks, canoes, and paddle boats are available for rent at the marina through Labor Day
-Adult size life jackets available; guests are encouraged to bring properly fitting life jackets for children
-Catch-and-release fishing from the dock (PA license required)
-No outside watercraft permitted (Treasure Lake regulation)
