Oh, what a beautiful morning! Oh, what a spectacular view!! A new addition to our Best of Canaan roster, aptly named Alpine View offers panoramic views of parts of the Roaring Plains Wilderness including Mount Porte Crayon. At an elevation of nearly 4800 feet, Mount Porte Crayon is the elevational climax of the Allegheny Front. Plan coffee on the deck and take your time taking in the captivating views. Just minutes away from Canaan Resort, Alpine View offers quick access to winter ski slopes, an ice-skating rink, and tube park. In summer it is a quick drive to an outdoor pool, golf course, scenic lift rides and live music. Kids will love the lower level filled with games. Your favorite four-legged companion will be sure to enjoy the large fenced in yard. Everyone will be sure to appreciate the well-equipped kitchen. Family meals are sure to be extra special whether served inside or out. Relax by the fireplace or rejuvenate in the outdoor hot tub. Summer visitors will be comfortable…this home has air conditioning! Alpine View offers DISH Network programming. Winter visitors will need four or all-wheel drive vehicles with good tires.
