Great for a family!

We loved our stay! It was the perfect space for our whole family. The full kitchen, laundry, and large bedrooms were great for travelling with kids. A very clean, spacious, and peaceful place. Craig was very prompt in responding to questions or needs during our stay. If you're looking for somewhere quiet and peaceful, this is it! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it!

Summer travel

We stopped here on our way to the mid west, and spent a day at the ark! We had a small issue with the a/c on the hot day when we arrived, but the owner was quick to get it fixed and amazingly enough we had a cool house to spend the night at. Owner is very caring and accomidating!

Great little house!

Fantastic house located rite in the middle of all 3 of our destinations ( the creation museum, the ark encounter, and the Newport aquarium. House had everything we needed to cook dinner and breakfast a couple days. The beds could definitely use upgrades they were SUPER firm with very flat pillows. Otherwise it was a great stay!

Convenient to Attractions

Close to the ark encounter and not too far from the Cincinnati Zoo. Place was very clean. The bed was a little too firm for my liking. I would also recommend to the owner a blackout curtain is needed at the end of the house where the streetlight is.

Great Little House!

Our fam stayed here and it was a cute, quaint little house! Plenty of living space. We don't do any cooking, but it seemed like it had plenty to accommodate that! Only downside I can see if that while it's rural, the road it is on is quite busy always. Couldn't sleep one night, and there were cars going by until 1-2 am. Beyond that, the place was great! Lots of space outside to play in the backyard! About 15 min or so, from The Ark! Craig was great to work with and promptly got back to us when we realized we left a couple things! Super nice!!

Good Option Close to tue Ark Encounter

Overall a good stay and a nice option for a family for a quick overnight. The floors and kitchen were spotless and the country atmosphere was nice! Google maps and Waze struggled to find the address but we found it after a few times. The house is clean and great for a short stay but probably not great for more than a couple of nights max. The host did a nice job communicating before and after and that was appreciated. A few suggestions to make the stay fives across the board. The icemaker and water dispenser in the fridge did not work, and the towels for the bathroom are showing age and the soap was watered down both probably need to be replaced. The recliner in one of the bedrooms has upholstery peeling and the top bunk did not have a bunky board under the mattress so the top sagged over the person underneath. It would be nice to be able to see/ access local news. The connected TV is great but for weather and breaking news it might be good to have an option to local stations. Again overall a good stay and would use again for a a short stay.

We stayed in this little house on our trip to Noah's Ark. It was in a great location with an easy drive to the Ark. It was a great place to accommodate our group of 6 (3 adults and 3 kids). We cooked easily in the kitchen and were comfortable just relaxing.

Memorial weekend getaway

Beautiful property, perfect for our weekend getaway from GA to see the Ark Encounter. The home was very clean and cozy with everything we needed for our 2night stay.
