Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the property the fooseball table was enjoyable, the air conditioning worked well, and it was a nice touch with the coffee bar. We would recommend this location to anyone (non - handicapped) who is looking to spend time very close to/ at the ark.

Great stay!

We stayed here to visit the horse park, Ark, and Creation Museum. The location was great and easy to get to and relatively centrally located for all we were looking to do. The neighborhood was quiet. The game room is fun and well maintained. The house looked just like the pictures. The host was fabulous to work with and very accommodating! Will definitely stay again.

This 3 bedroom, 3 bath home fit our needs. It is a split level with decks. We enjoyed the outdoors with the fire pit and grill, game room, and tvs in every room. We were gone during the day, but nice to have breakfast and dinner while there.

This is a very clean, well maintained home. Rooms are small but work for a long weekend stay. Having soaps and trash bags was a nice positive as most Vrbo rentals do not provide those things.

This is a nice home in a nice neighborhood. The game room was so fun. It was well stocked with necessary items.The only negative is the hot water runs out kinda quickly.

Good location to ARK and museum. Provided entertainment for the kids in the game room. Very clean house. Provided coffee and creamer assortments along with soaps, shampoos/conditioners, laundry detergents and dryer sheets. Highly recommend for a family!

Great house! Perfect location if visiting The Ark.

This property was great. It was very clean and well stocked. We were visiting The Ark Encounter and it was within a 15 minute drive. Groceries were within 5 minute drive. Kitchen was well stoked to cook for our family of 6. The kids loved the game room and ample TV’s. Highly recommend this home. We also wanted to plug Edwardo’s Pizza and Beans Cafe and Bakery! They were both really good!

Clean house, close to everything

Over all the house was clean and as advertised. Split level house helped separate the noise from the play room, and the bedrooms. 2.5 baths were very convenient and the laundry area very accessible. We were 'home' basically to sleep, so we hardly used anything outside. If you're looking for a good landing spot, close to the Ark Encounter, 40 minutes from Cincinnati, and a Walmart/gas station/restaurants within a mile, this is a good option.

Family Time

We found the house to be very clean and welcoming. Our grandson broke a small decoration but the owner put me at ease and said it was no big deal. Excellent location to the Ark Experience, and ice cream place and playground. The neighbors are very close and driveway was tight for 2 vehicles but we had no bad experiences. Communication was excellent! Thank you.

Fun family near Ark Encounter

We had a great stay for 3 nights and 4 days. The kids (15, 12, and 8) thoroughly enjoyed the game room! It was definitely worth the extra splurge for the multitude of games! The location was perfect for us and so close to the Ark Encounter. The kitchen was very spacious and allowed us to cook all of our meals instead of going out to eat. The dining table was big enough for all of us to sit at. The sleeping space was plenty for the 5 of us. Autumn was extra helpful and very easy to get in touch with when I couldn't find our check in information. I would highly recommend this house to anyone, especially a family with teens!

Evelyn’s 8-yr-old trip

We loved the open layout of the kitchen into the dining and living area. The downstairs play room was definitely a BIG hit! My husband and I brought our 8-yr-old granddaughter plus her parents and 3 siblings to visit the Creation museum and the Ark Encounter. The house has easy access to both. The host was wonderfully responsive and offered us early check-in, which worked perfectly since we drove from quite a distance. The kitchen was well equipped- and they even provided coffee!! One thing to note: there are no dressers to unpack clothing, just suitcase racks, and lots of hangars for hanging clothes, which worked out okay. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Mini Vacay

This property was decorated nicely, was fresh and clean. We had 5 adults and 4 children ages 10-14. The house really wasn't big enough for all of us to sleep but we made it work. We took advantage of the comfortable sofas. I will say though that the children had a blast in the game room! It was a little loud since there wasn't a door blocking the game room from the upstairs living quarters but it was great seeing everyone have a good time. The property manager was great. If we had any questions or concerns we just had to contact her. She responded quickly and was very helpful. Would we stay here again? Definitely! It was great for a 4 night 3 day stay.

Game Room is a game changer!

The rooms were so cute and well-decorated. The kitchen might be as good or better stocked than my own home. Parking in the garage was a huge bonus for loading and unloading. The game room downstairs added SO MUCH to our stay for my teenagers. And I personally loved getting to relive my glory days of Super Mario domination on their little Nintendo system. Very fun! We also enjoyed a fun evening of playing corn hole in the back yard together. It was a great stay and I would stay there again if I ever went back to the Ark. Great location! Highly recommend. The only slight drawback is that whoever took the pictures for their online description did too good of a job and made the rooms look bigger than they actually are. There is plenty of space, but just know that the pictures make the rooms look a little larger than they are. But we all loved it!

Honest Review

We selected this VRBO for our recent visit to the Ark Encounter. The proximity is excellent, only a few miles away. Close to the interstate, Wal-Mart and restaurants. In terms of feedback, the front of the house was not included in the listing, and now I know why. There are 5-6 steps leading up to the front of the house and then stairs leading up to the main living area or down to the den. They are, in my opinion, on a steeper incline. Not ideal for anyone with mobility issues. Second, the yard was in need of some attention, grass was high and made outdoor space uncomfortable to use. This is consistent with how all of the other houses in the neighborhood looked as well. The house itself was as advertised, clean and well stocked. Kids room is on the smaller side. Also, check-out instructions are on the wall in the laundry room, which I only happened to notice looking for the light switch. Would have been helpful if those were emailed prior to check-out date. Overall, house is fine, we had no issues.
