Breakfast was tasty and all the food was good, but quite busy and a bit chaotic getting in and out of a small room where the breakfast bar was. waiting on waffles held up the line quite a bit ... could they move that out of that room and put elsewhere? thanks"

"Soooo cute! It had everything. It was a stunning view and everything we needed was there. There were even plenty of towels. The coffee was really good. The decorations were cute and it was everything it says it was. If you want to glamp in a cabin in nature this is it. It won't feel like camping cause the cabin has everything including a spa like bathroom. It is close to the Arc encounter and the lake is beautiful. We were so happy with it. I have not stayed at a hotel that felt this nice. No walls to share with noisy neighbors unless you count the frogs and crickets."

"We chose this location for the proximity to the Ark Encounter and we were pleasantly surprised by a beautiful pre civil war home, it’s simple in decor but perfectly homey. We brought our 13 year old granddaughter with us and she really had an appreciation for the home as well, she thought it was cozy and that it is definitely a place kids would appreciate. My hubby spent time with Lawrence and enjoyed the history lesson of the home and adjacent land, Lawrence is a very kind man. I lived the bedrooms just so cozy and beautiful, bathrooms were very nice too! We lived our time here."

"This was the perfect place for our stay - close to both the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum. Clean, quiet, and peaceful. Perfect to unwind after a long day of walking. Check-in was easy and host communication was prompt. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!"
