Allowed my husband and mother in law to check in early as they were getting into town from driving all night. After a 17 hour drive they were very appreciative to be able to get in and take a nap. If you are looking for a cozy place to stay in a good area, this is it! Close to everything, walking distance to all kinds of cool shops. The host provided everything for a comfortable stay. All you'd need to worry about is your clothes and food and you would be set! "

"The house was beautiful and cozy. Up-to-date and with plenty of comfy amenities, but not reno'ed into soullessness. Lots of great art around the house! We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and down to the St. Vrain creek path. Thanks very much for a nice place to stay!"

"This property was not as advertised. The house on the first photo is the family home (front of the house Norma available to renters-which is misleading) and the rental unit is actually a room at the back of the house with no way to even lock it from the renters side. It is not a studio apartment, rather a room ( with a mini fridge and coffee maker) and bathroom in a house (a mini fridge and coffee maker). There is also a cat living in the home (for anyone with cat allergies). We did not stay there for more than 5 minutes due to not feeling safe or comfortable but the host would not work with us on any sort of refund. "
