Good hotel with a lot to offer

Stayed only 1 night in this hotel. Did not take advantage of any of the spa services or the pool. The room was large and comfortable and the balcony was also lovely. The location is away from the city itself, but the hotel's setting is quite nice, along the river, with a fun arcade and mini-mall area in the plaza in front of it. The prices in the restaurant were very good and the quality of the food, both dinner service and breakfast buffet, was quite high. Would enjoy staying here again.

Got the large suite in main building, I would not like it near as much if in the newer addition. Had a small patio and easy access to the gardens. Got lucky on parking, grabbed the last spot available in the back, the front was full. Breakfast was incredible. My son's room was also in main building but not as nice as my room, but still pretty good. Odd it was the same price for both rooms.

Great location, but an unfriendly staff. The spa was very small and poorly designed. The rooms not sound proof, therefore the noise is coming from the doors, ceilings and walls. The breakfast - very poor.

Fint hotell, men dårlig service

Et flott hotell, men servisen kunne ha vært bedre. Restauranten var fin. Frokosten i helgen var god, men på ukedager har de tydeligvis ikke buffet - fordi vi måtte ta en tidlig buss rakk vi derfor ikke frokost den siste dagen og vi fikk ingen informasjon eller kompensasjon for dette. Vi ba resepsjonen bestille taxi for oss to ganger, men begge gangene ringte de ikke før vi kom ned. Engelskkunnskapene er begrensede. Rommet vårt ble heller ikke ryddet noen av dagene og jeg måtte hente nye håndkler selv. Plasseringen av hotellet er super! Bor her gjerne igjen, men skal ikke forvente så mye av betjeningen til neste gang.

Great stay, nice hotel with special feeling;)

It was nice stay, we stayed in old part which to me is way better because of special feeling and different than any other hotel. Spa not very big, but good for hour of relaxation. I would mention only the breakfast part is bit badly organized. We were lucky that we have to wait only 10min. unfortunately after we came there was already a longer line, in any case it made us feel bad when you see people waiting to get a desk and waiting when you will finish your meal. We will come back!

Perfect relaxation

We liked that the room had an actual double bed and not two single beds pushed together. The room is not very big, but it has all necessary things and even the fridge. It lacked some information about the hotel and services, e.g. how to use the Wi-Fi, how to order room service, etc. It was strange that there were bath robes but no slippers. We stayed here after the hike, so complementary entrance to the pool was very nice. Breakfast includes both cold and warm dishes, quite good variety.

Awful experience!

The booked room description was: 161-sq-foot (15-sq-meter) room with a balcony. The room was smaller than 161 sq ft and didn't have a balcony. They list single rooms on their site and it looked like they put two twins in one of those to accommodate us. When we checked in the attendant when pointing out the restaurant informed us that there was a wedding party that might not make the restaurant attractive and apologized for it. She didn't warn us that there would be incredible loud noise until 1:30 am. At that point they clearly moved the party inside so you could still hear the bass but the sound was acceptable. it would have been ok if they had moved the party inside at 11:00pm, but if they allow this kind of noisy celebration they should accept bookings from people that are not part of the wedding party.

I asked in my reservation double bed and matras for baby. I didn't get any of them, and i had to ask both from reception. Also the pool was very small without possibility to sweem, and the sauna was closed due to maintanense. I paid for using spa, bet the included facilities were the small pool and the one hot tab. Not sauna or any other extra spa facilities. I am disappointed and feel sorry for paing so much money for staing in this hotel.

Well appointed Hotel with Spa and Conference facilities. Several people from our group went for facials or massage The rooms were fine and the food was good My only criticism was the slow check in, one staff members yet they knew a dozen of us were arriving

Puikus viešbutis maloniam poilsiui

Buvome apsistoję liukso klasės numeryje ir tikrai likome patenkinti viešnage. Kambarys buvo erdvus ir atitiko aprašymą, pusryčiai taip pat puikūs. Pats viešbutis įsikūręs autentiškame istorinės reikšmės pastate. Tačiau didžiausią įspūdį paliko personalas, kuris tikrai vertina ir rodo dėmesį klientui. Didelis ačiū Anželai už profesionalumą.

Hotel położony w centrum Druskiennik, około 200 metrów od Aquaparku. Mieliśmy pokój w nowym budynku na 5 piętrze z widokiem na Niemen. Basen hotelowy był czynny podczas naszego pobytu tylko od 8 do 11 więc nie skorzystaliśmy:-( Śniadania kiepskie.

Flot hotel.skønt vi kunne gå fra hotellet og gennem til sanitorium. Syntes godt tv på vær kunne have flere intetnationale kanaler. Og større tv. Var meget lille tv .
