Room a bit cold and adjusting heating didn't make much difference.
Hotel is a few miles south of Fort William so I stayed in for dinner which I seriously regret. Food was mediocre at best and expensive for burnt pepperoni pizza overloaded with cheese and tomato paste and sausage unidentifiable as pepperoni. Staff uninterested in doing anything to help.

Had a lovely overnight stay in mid February 2026. Lovely family run hotel, gorgeous scenery, delicious food and wonderful warm staff made for the most delightful stay. Staff very welcoming to children. Great gluten free and vegetarian meal choices at the restaurant along with a good priced children’s menu. Our family room had a very generous queen sized bed (? may have been king sized) and a sofa bed. Well priced for Valentines weekend. Would definitely stay again

I was very disappointed to be charged £12 for parking my car for one night, which I think is extortionate. The room was very nice and we got a good breakfast The bar closed at 22.00 which was a bit early for residents
