"We just wrapped up a truly perfect Fall weekend in Northern Michigan at the Loon Loft, and it exceeded every expectation. This property is an absolute gem on Drummond Island! The minute we walked in, we were in love with the space. It’s a stunningly comfortable log cabin—the kind of cozy, rustic place that makes you instantly relax. Everything was immaculate and the atmosphere was so peaceful. We took full advantage of the beautiful waterfront, paddling around in the kayaks on the private cove or watching the sunset and ships go by on their additional property. The autumn colors reflecting off the water were absolutely breathtaking! Relaxing in the hot tub taking in all this beautiful remote, outdoor scenery made it one of the most memorable parts of our trip. What really set this experience apart was the incredible hospitality. The owners left many personal touches to make our stay perfect. From providing linens, soaps and games, to a detailed binder of local tips and even a bottle of complimentary wine, their thoughtfulness was evident everywhere. It felt less like a rental and more like staying at a friend’s well-loved home. We highly recommend Loon Loft to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality getaway. "The place was perfect for my wife and I and our pup Zero! It was just like the description said and the pictures were exactly how it looked. Everything was clean and stocked for our 5 night stay. Would definitely come back for sure! The fire pit was perfect as well as the grill and the hot tub was also an added plus! Perfect setting for star gazing and checking out the northern lights which we finally saw for the 1st time ever! It was out for 4 straight nights!! Check in and out was also a breeze!"
