"Hotel is much better than the Travelodge which I stayed at previously. Better beds. More room. Little sofa. Dove shampoo, body wash and hand wash. Breakfast is good. Could do with fried eggs rather than scrambled. And would have liked tenants larger on tap. Free parking."

"The pod is a great place to stay, so comfortable for solo travellers, I have stayed several times and always been happy. I was left a little disappointed this stay - several hairs in the shower and mould dropping off the shower door when showering, just felt a little unclean. Not a massive issue, but when checking in I was left standing at the desk for a couple of minutes whilst staff had a personal conversation - an acknowledgment would have made all the difference Overall, very good and nice comfortable stay."

"Great location, wonderful vibe, fair pricing. The building is very old and has a great atmosphere, incredible lobby bar and the lobby is well decorated, but there is not much for refinements, its a great spot, and would stay again, but dont expect 5 star."

"This was our second stay at Cromlix and unlike most sequels we were not disappointed! Beautiful surroundings, well appointed rooms, incredibly warm and welcoming staff and exceptional dining. We could not have asked for more. There’s nothing pretentious about Cromlix. It feels as though you are at home with family in a comfortable environment that allows you to be as busy or as relaxed as your mood takes you."

"Staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was the best experience it could possibly be, even though we were only there for one night. The property and rooms are gorgeous as well, but the staff will really be what makes this stay so memorable for me because you don’t always get to meet people that truly care enough to treat you like you are the only guest there and like you are their number one priority. Thank you all so much for being so kind and making this stay one of my favorites while visiting Scotland. (Seeing the adorable mushrooms out front made me so happy too.) 💚✨🍄"
