"Our Avid hotel was a clean, well-functioning place with friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. And the breakfast food was good, too. When you are looking for a no-frills place for a good night's stay, this place definately fits the bill."

"It was clean, parking was great, and staff was friendly. My only complaints are that the tv wasn’t working and the bed was one of the most uncomfortable I’ve ever had. I only slept about 3 hours."

"Everything was wonderful. The location and the views were fantastic. Very clean and inviting. Furnishings were modern and comfortable. Gift baskets filled with everything you need. Each room was stocked from the kitchen to the bathrooms. WIFI was great, the property is well lit and easily accessible. Very private surroundings. Pet friendly too. The deck surrounds the house and is great for watching the world go by or having coffee in the mornings. Owner is extremely responsive and kind. Enjoyed every day. "
