Getting Around:
Our neighborhood is pretty amazing and includes all sorts of points of interest: wineries, breweries, distilleries, an olive plantation, some of the best bbq in Texas, and other great local restaurants.

There are more than 30 wedding venues in the area– it's no wonder Dripping has been named "The Wedding Capitol of The World".

Having a car is the most convenient option. However, if you plan to visit some of the wineries, breweries or distilleries Discover Texas Wine Tours, Dripping Springs Hill Country Limo & Taxi, Deer Run CS, Dripping Springs Limo Service, Texas Wine Tour Company.

The path into the property is unpaved and has a flattened caliche road so please keep this in mind when planning your transportation.

Other Things to Note:
Reservation Agreement - Lodgewell as a management company has a separate reservation agreement that is emailed to your personal email for digital signature. This agreement is not in conflict with Vrbo but in addition to clearly detail our rules and expectations on the home for this owner rather than the 1 size fits all you have signed with Airbnb. Please let us know if you would like to review in advance and we will happily share a copy.

THE ROAD - The last stretch of road to the property is an unpaved, caliche road. SUV or truck is great but not necessary.

PHONE SIGNAL - There is none!

WIFI - There is limited satellite wifi dependent on the weather.

RAIN - A traditional tipi has a large opening at the top. There is no way to seal the tipi completely and it is possible that drop of water will enter.

AC - During the hotter months, the portable systems in the tipis and tents have a hard time keeping up with the heat and better function once the day begins to cool off. They will only cool 20 degrees below actual temp.

WEAR & TEAR - Canvas may have some dirt, mold stains, rips, and or tears.

DARK SKIES - Pack a flashlight or headlamp to maneuver around after dark.

PETS - A pet agreement must be signed and a pet fee will be charged separately after booking ($25 per pet).

KIDS - We have not done any child proofing. The experience is similar to a camping experience at a park. Gravel paths, wildlife encounters, etc. We leave it up to parents to decide if their little ones are equipped for this adventure.

LIABILITY WAIVER - You understand that you are staying at our property at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with staying in a tipi, interacting with nature, hiking, and using our property. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from using our property and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that staying in a rural, nature property may present, as well as the danger to any person that has health risks, or if a person has an accident while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims. All Vrbo Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Vrbo Guests and Vrbo Host.
