"The staff are super helpful if you have questions navigating the city. The location is great for walking to the major sites. Lastly, the steam room and Roman bath in the spa are so unique and relaxing, it's worth it if you're sore from walking uphill for multiple days looking at all the sites :)"

"The Bishop Hotel is a few steps from Charles Bridge. Their location is very convenient to a variety of restaurants, markets & shops. I have one observation 2 days in a row during showers, the water stop running for a minute or so. Still it was a great place."

"Our room (the senior suite) was really spacious and had everything we needed. All of the staff we interacted with were very pleasant and helpful. They let us store our suitcase upon checkout and booked us a taxi to the airport. The breakfast was very good and had everything you could want from hot food, cereals, meats, cheeses, yogurt, toast and pastries. The hotel was in a great location for sightseeing in Prague and there were numerous bars and restaurants within a short walk. The bath robes and slippers were a lovely touch and there were plenty of fresh towels, coffee and tea replenished daily. I would definitely stay here again if I visited beautiful Prague!"

"We had a very enjoyable stay at Diplomat Hotel Prague. The hotel is beautifully decorated throughout and feels modern and well maintained. Our room was spacious and very clean, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The bed was large and comfortable, and we really appreciated the separate duvets. When we requested extra pillows, reception delivered them quickly. The bathroom was spacious with a bath and shower, large mirror and good quality amenities including shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The room also included thoughtful extras such as a safe, shoe care items, mini fridge with complimentary water, multiple seating areas and a large TV with Netflix and YouTube. Complimentary breakfast was included and offered a good variety of tasty options. The hotel facilities are excellent, including a spa, gym, hot tub, sauna and multiple restaurants. There is also parking on site and free water available in the lobby. The location is convenient for both the city centre and airport via tram and bus, with shops nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only downsides were a slight odour in the room and weak air conditioning, as the room became quite warm at times. Overall, a comfortable and well equipped hotel with great amenities and service."
