  • Welcome to your private 20-acre Idaho retreat where space, entertainment, and adventure meet! This expansive 4,646 sq ft home (plus a 1,500 sq ft game room loft above the barn) offers the perfect mix of comfort, fun, and natural beauty for large families, reunions, or group getaways. Sleeps 27+ guests with room for air mattresses and additional sleeping in the game rooms. Enjoy 20 acres of trails to BLM land, a creek-side fire pit, and RV hookups with 50-amp service.
    Guests are required to digitally agree and sign house rules and rental agreement which will be emailed once booking is received.

The front deck was falling apart and not safe especially with kids. There was dead mice and traps everywhere. There were 6-7 out door cameras that pointed right onto the front decks and property which felt like we were constantly being watched. The property besides that was really nice and had good views, the game rooms were really fun also. Plenty of space for guests

The porch was not in good shape. There was a mouse in the master bathroom. The upstairs bathroom was not very useable and the shower head was broken. There were no safety features in the bathrooms for older guests. In general, most of the houses we have stayed in have been in better shape than this house. There should be a book for guests with information such as WiFi password and places to visit.
