"Got on site and had a surprise additional $150 to pay on top of our reservation we booked. Parking is more expensive than the listed $15 per day as well as an extra "resort fee"? Valet is a joke and you can almost not avoid them requiring it from you, basically tried to take the keys out of my hand. Staff were incredibly rude when discussing the miscommunication with booking fee and additional costs. Spoke to me as if I was illiterate and were just very inconsiderate and unkind. Daytona Beach was kind of a dump and there was construction everywhere making it hard and dangerous to walk in and out of the hotel. Will not be going back."

"I highly recommend this hotel. We had a wonderful experience during our recent stay at the hotel. The staff was incredibly nice to us throughout our visit, and we truly appreciated the great hospitality. They made our stay very enjoyable, and I wanted to make sure their hard work did not go unnoticed. We are surely coming back for another visit in the future! "

"Nicest pool ever. Hotel needs major overhaul. Because of fesrival rooms were twice as much. Didnt get the room i reserved so not ever staying at any Best Western again. Also canceling my card and membership. "

"We stayed here the last week of March 2026. Checkin was seamless, staff was friendly, amenities were awesome. The kids loved the pool! The ocean view was breathtaking. We would definitely stay here again! The daily breakfast and happy hour was a huge perk."
