Love the view from our balcony! Rooms were clean and bathroom was spacious. However, lighting could be a bit brighter for us women getting hair and makeup ready. The front desk staff can seriously improve their demeanor. I called them twice and they were dry, monotone, not warm or jolly at all. The day of checkout I walked up to the desk to the 2 girls there talking. I greeted the one who was actually working the desk and asked my question. She didn’t bother to greet me at all or much less smile. Felt as if I was interrupting their conversation with her facial expression. No customer service skills, smh, she is the biggest reason for not giving 5 stars.

Wonderful ocean view, staff was super friendly , from the moment we arrived everyone treated us special. The pool and surrounding area is one of the best, great service and lots of attention. Coffee shop is super, great beverages, snacks, quick salads, meals and gelato. Buffet breakfast has lots to choose from, pastries are awesome. Lots of chairs at pool and beach.

My favorite hotel in South Beach. The design of this hotel never gets old, the restaurants are great! The staff amazing. I will come back every time I get a chance.

This is my new hotel for Miami trip. Great location and everything was great! Love this place.
