"Hotel needs upgrading. The safe in the room didn't work. Construction going on all around the hotel and it is very difficult to drive to. There is no easy access to the building from the underground parking. Staff were generally helpful."

"I went to this hotel last year, everything was ok. But this time, nothing was good, especially the bedroom we were given, located close to the staircase and the banging doors of the corridors that take people to the ‘real’ bedrooms. So everyone going up you can hear them talking, closing the doors & the machinery of the sliding door at the ground level. It was an old window, that doesn’t close properly so you can feel the cold wind going inside when you re lying on the bed. You hear every car...

"This is a sort of strange property. The decor seems like it's intended for Instagram photos perhaps? A strange mishmash of styles and design choices. There were a lot of spaces that it wasn't clear what they were for. There is only one restaurant and it has no snacks, though I was able to ask for fries and green salad (and they were made promptly and delivered to my room) but they were not on the menu. "Very close to the train station and placed well within walking distance of shopping and the centre. Room was clean! The coffee lab below was a very nice vibe and served quality food. The room was a little loud with thin walls and being a older building, there was a slight incline on the floor which you can feel in bed. Otherwise perfect! "
