"Check in was very pleasant, the young man who checked us in, was very nice and informative. The room was very clean. The thermostat was easy to understand and control. The pool was nice, it was at a good temperature. Unfortunately, the hot tub did not work. ( hasn’t for 2 years)"

"Pool was closed but the hot tub was functioning. Half of the jets worked and felt like warm bath water. Room and sheets were clean. Staff was friendly. For a cheap nights stay it wasn’t too terrible! "

"This place is Disgusting and run down my room was gross and not clean what so ever I question if the sheets were even changed. I checked in at 9pm and left at 3 am I couldn’t sleep I was so grossed out I had to get out of there of course there was no reception around at 3 am to voice my complaints so back on the road I went all tired. "Stayed here due to numerous 5-Star ratings but now believe they were all false. I’ve never paid $65 a night to squat somewhere but now I can mark that off the bucket list. Hotel felt very much like a half-way house and there’s nothing intrinsically wrong with that but would have liked to know before hand. Someone was heavily smoking on the second floor despite being a no-smoking property stinking up the place. Shower didn’t drain well and there were fist-sized holes in the bathroom wall and door. Very dated property. Pillows were plentiful though "

"Great place with a very pretty view. Kids had plenty of space to play downstairs. We would book again. Note that the driveway is steep and with the snow it was a bit challenging to get out. "

"The host is an awesome communicator and responded within an hour for most messages. Coldest weekend of the year ( -35) so we were no able to use the hot tub due to safety reasons, totally understandable. Furnace quit working one night and Andy was immediately on the phone with an HVAC place, it was fixed within a few hours. The fireplace was a life saver. Absolutely beautiful home with everything you need. Master bed was very comfortable and all other rooms also comforted. Upstairs game table was a lot of fun also. A lot of room and everything we needed to cook. I would definitely stay here again. Very close to town and highly recommend the Frontier for excellent food! 5 star stay in my book! "
