Great all around

Very nice hotel, pleasant and helpful staff, great restaurant. Breakfast was pricey bit also very good. Best thing was location. A 10-15 minute walk to the beauty of the historic buildings, the zwenger, semperoper etc. We even walked from the train station (about 30 minutes). Highly recommend this hotel.

The check-in staff was wonderful. I had an issue with the television at first, and staff came and fixed it up for me right away. I also loved its walking proximity to the Semper Opera house.

Perfect

Perfect distance from old town. Nice stroll in and back. Got City Tour bus ticket from Reception. Breakfast had great choices and all staff very friendly and helpful.

Nice and clean rooms. Friendly personnell. But: 1st No Sauna available (but still advertising), 2nd No Gym available (but still advertising), 3rd: Wanted to put me into a tiny & dark room instead of the paid premier double room. Only changed after I got seriously angry. They were not even willing to give a discount before. Never ever I will book this hotel again. They really give a f..k for the customer's right and/or what the customer has paid for. The anger on the hotel management had a bad impact on our recreation.
