"Das Personal sowie der gesamte Gastrobereich und das Essen super. Das Zimmer hatte neues Bad, aber die Betten mit der Matratze von vor 30 Jahren….bedenklich. Frühstück für 15€ pro Person ist im vergleich zu anderen Häusern wo ich war auch ein stolzer Preis. Das Fazit: zum Essen immer wieder gerne aber schlafen muss nicht sein."

"Amazing hotel. Renovated modern within the old building. Sitting on the castle grounds but hot within the castle walls. Easy access to the city center and the castle itself, which is amazing. For those who want to explore the surroundings, Weilburg and its castle is close by, the Kubacher Tropfsteinhoehle is a great attraction during the summer and all is close from this hotel. I am looking forward to coming back here. I have family in Braunfels and used to stay there but this is a great...

"Short walk from rail station. Hotel situated with views of the River Lahn. Good breakfast of cheese, meats, boiled egg. rolls jams, fruit juice. coffee/tea to start the day"

"Very good breakfast, room was a little bit dusty, and it appeared like the smells from the kitchen came straight into our bathroom. This improved later in the evening by closing the bathroom door or the kitchen stopped cooking :). Personell was very friendly and arranged synthetic bedding goods for us at the last moment!"

"Welcoming and very easy-going staff, very clean, good warm shower and the facility is well kept overall. The surroundings are picturesque and very calm. Their restaurant is just couple of minutes away and is a gem. I highly recommend to go there for a dinner you will not regret, the food is just delicious. You will have your breakfast in the same place and the breakfast itself is a special event. Free parking with plenty of space. Great place, thank you for a nice stay. "

"For a one night stay it was perfectly fine and good value. The room was clean, beds decent and bathroom was nice. There was some paper left on the floor of the bathroom and one of the bed side lights had no bulb in it. The room was big and clean but very basic, no phone, just one desk chair, a huge empty space which felt slightly strange, no pen or paper, no tea/coffee.making facilities, literally just a room a bed and a tv a wardrobe and one light. For our purposes it was fine, clean, quiet...
