Firstly, there is no reception - just an automated machine that provides a key card. "The location was perfect - a quick walk from the train station. All of central Leipzig was in easy walking distance. The rooms are nice, large and well equipped. The beds are a bit soft so it was not great for my back. They charge 19 euros for breakfast - but don’t worry as kitty corner to the hotel is a great bakery open early for coffee and breakfast for about 7 euros."

"The hotel was very clean and the beds were like clouds. The food at the buffet was phenomenal and the staff was very friendly, personal and very helpful. My only complaint is the bathtubs are extremely tall and difficult to get in and out of for people with some issues. The tubs were extremely slippery so if you go ask for a rubber mat for the tub. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel."
