"For the price we paid, this hotel far exceeded all my expectations in terms of the general ambience and room quality. Much better than the online photos and very good value for money. Thank you Margo for your hospitality and taking care of all our needs. "
"This lovely hotel, in the tiny, unpretentious village of Drake Bay, was wonderful. I am an amateur wildlife photographer. The manager gave me Room 1, with an enormous window that looks out onto a guarumo tree. In this tree arrived, in turn, a toucan, a pair of aracaris, tanagers, tityrus, caracaras, golden-naped woodpeckers, multiple iguanas, hummingbirds - it was simply incredible. I took the best pictures I've ever taken. The pool and the bar are nice, and everyone is friendly. Just one thing: you will be waking up early. The woodpeckers and howler monkeys will take care of that. "
"The friendly atmosphere and attentive staff, whether excursions or sunset drinks were perfect. Sitting in the forest enjoying the wildlife whilst eating such wonderful food was a joy. The room was clean and well cared for with a view and relaxed atmosphere true to the hotels name. "
"The hotel is in the beach, a 4 minute walk from town. They cremated tours to cano island and Corcovado national park, which was super convenient. They arranged a fun evening for all the guests on Christmas Eve. The staff are superb. "
"Nice large clean room with balcony overlooking tropical vegetation. Appreciated the washer and dryer in the room. Breakfast choices were good and enjoyed the nice clean pool. Good location in Drake Bay, within walking distance to several restaurants and the beach."
"The staff could not be more dedicated to serving you with the table service people even calling you by your first names and the activity guides are top notch. The food serving environment is with very large dining tables to stimulate the social interaction among the guests, and guests and staff seemingly always HAPPY. . ."
"My husband and I found this property that was right in the beach. You can hear the waves you are that close. We took walks on the beach and Kenneth helped set up the scuba and snorkel trip we too that picked us up on the beach !!
We had a room with outdoor kitchen and balcony with hammock and a view of the ocean.
We would return to the same room if we visit Drake Nay again !!"
