Decked Out, the second Houseboat in our "fleet" of 4, is located on Pensacola Bay in Seville Harbour Marina (facing west). This two-bedroom, one-bathroom floating getaway sleeps 4 people (queen bed + trundle with 2 twin beds) and features a fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances and a banquette dining table with plenty of seating. Both bedrooms have a sliding glass door so you can step outside on the back deck for a full view of the marina. Relax on the front porch and enjoy your morning coffee, a view of the boats or a glass of wine with the sunset.

You are steps away from Bartram Park and Seville Square, which hosts many local festivals and events in the heart of the historic district. Walk to many great restaurants, local bars, art galleries, museums, Blue Wahoo's baseball, Ice Flyer hockey, shopping, Veteran's Memorial Park and Palafox Street, which was named one of America’s greatest streets. The sugar white sands of Pensacola Beach and Perdido Key are just a short drive away, as is the National Naval Aviation Museum (home of the world-famous Blue Angels).

Bring your watercraft (boat, jet ski, kayak, etc.)!! Launch at a nearby ramp and dock near your Houseboat. Trailer parking is also available. Make sure to mention what you will be bringing (type, size, water/power needs, etc.) when booking.

Additional marina amenities include the "BathMat" (laundry area and restrooms) and "The Grill Deck" (a common cook-out/gathering area) and a fish cleaning station.

Please note that this Houseboat is located on the water in a marina, and you will be walking on docks that may include uneven footing. There are no railings on the front or back decks or along the docks. May not be suitable for young children, people with stability issues, or accessibility issues (i.e. wheelchair - no ramp, standard door widths throughout).

Fun place!

Unique stay and a comfortable place. It was great to be right on the water. There was a wind and stormy advisory while we were there but the pace held up very well. Great getaway and close to concerts, downtown and restaurants.

Amazing Stay

We spent 3 days on Pensacola Beach for our wedding. After our 24 guests left we spent 3 day in the peace and quiet of Seville Harbor. The houseboat could not have been more perfect for enjoying the quiet after the crowds of the beach. We look forward to returning.

Perfect family get away

My family loved it! Our two boys (13 & 14) spent so much time fishing from the dock. We were able to park our boat right next to our house so that was nice! We actually loaded our luggage onto the boat before launching at the boat ramp and we all agree that was a good call. The Dockmaster was so friendly and helpful and Stacy was sweet as can be to our boys. We were very well taken care of and we are already planning our next visit. 10/10

What a relaxing way to spend several days in Pensacola...staying on a houseboat in a quiet marina just a couple;of minutes from downtown Pensacola.
