Baydream, the first Houseboat in our "fleet" of 4, is located on Pensacola Bay in Seville Harbour Marina (facing east). This floating getaway sleeps up to 6 people - bedroom (queen), loft (queen bean bag bed that is COMFY) and a sleeper sofa in the living room (queen). A fully equipped kitchen (with a dishwasher), a washer & dryer in the bedroom + a bathroom (shower only) adds to the allure of this spacious and immaculate little piece of paradise. Relax on the front porch and enjoy your morning coffee, a view of the boats or a glass of wine at the end of your day.

You are steps away from Bartram Park and Seville Square, which hosts many local festivals and events in the heart of the historic district. Walk to many great restaurants, local bars, art galleries, museums, Blue Wahoo's baseball, Ice Flyer's hockey, shopping, Veteran's Memorial Park and Palafox Street, which was named one of America’s greatest streets. The sugar white sands of Pensacola Beach and Perdido Key are just a short drive away, as is the National Naval Aviation Museum (home of the world-famous Blue Angels).

Bring your watercraft (boat, jet ski, kayak, etc.)!! Launch at a nearby ramp and dock near your Houseboat. Trailer parking is also available. Make sure to mention what you will be bringing (type, size, water/power needs, etc.) when booking.

Additional marina amenities include the "BathMat" (laundry area and restrooms) and "The Grill Deck" (a common cook-out/gathering area) and a fish cleaning station.

Please note that this Houseboat is located on the water in a marina, and you will be walking on docks that may include uneven footing. There are no railings on the front or back decks or along the docks. May not be suitable for young children, people with stability issues, or accessibility issues (i.e. wheelchair - no ramp, standard door widths throughout).

Everything work except the air mounted on the wall above the television, but there was a unit in the window worked fine. I would stay here again, the only problem which was small was people keeping the carts at their locations on the docks, but we managed and it was still a good stay,

Relaxing retreat

We stayed here over Easter weekend and we have a wonderful time. The place is so cute and relaxing. Quiet and comfortable and we really enjoyed ourselves. We most definitely will be staying again.

The property was clean, very convenient for a sailboat regatta at Pensacola yacht club. Was able park Boat near boathouse. Super convenient and very cool place for a weekend.

Great accommodations, with or without a boat!

This was our third stay. Marina staff is always very helpful. Launch ramp is about a mile away if you bring your boat. We fished for three days and the best fishing was off the front porch of the houseboat!Downtown Pensacola is a short walk with many restaurant options. This is a great place to enjoy the water and local life.Highly recommended!

Stay on a gorgeous houseboat!

The sparkling clean boat is in a small picturesque harbor, walking distance to everything. The furnishings are new, the bathroom is full size ( with a flush toilet as opposed to a marine pump style), the kitchen is fully stocked and it comes with beach towels and toys. Easy parking.

Perfect Pensacola Location

These are the cutest houses in the best location! Perfectly appointed and adorable. Cozy, convenient, and unique. I was a little nervous about being in a floating house on a stormy night but it wasn't a problem at all! We can't wait to stay again.

I’m stationed in Pensacola so I was familiar with the area before booking this property. It was the perfect reprieve, spacious and quiet but only a block from downtown. I’d honestly consider booking this property regularly. Parking was easy as well.

So different ... in a good way!!!

It was so fun to stay on the water, sit on the front porch, experience a rain storm! This place is very comfortable and spotless. The layout is great and they have all the amenities you'd expect! We loved being so close to the Fish House (Sunday Brunch was amazing) and downtown Pensacola. One caution: don't plan on using the pull-out couch as a bed for guests.

Unique maritimec !experience

Everything was wonderful. We brought along our 23 foot boat and tied up next to the cottage. Every detail was as described, along with a well-appointed kitchen. We only used the main bedroom but we were extremely comfortable. We've lived in Pensacola all our lives, yet this was still a unique and priceless retreat for our anniversary weekend. The Harbor Master, Drew is an extremely helpful and courteous guy. Highly recommend booking this. We'll be back!
