Very nice stay, and staff was great. I forgot to report it, but the detachable shower sprayer in room 122 had a leak in the hose. We didn't use amenities.

I love staying at the Westhouse. The staff are very helpful and attentive. It’s a great location as you are near the park and close to good subway links. My room was clean and spacious and I really enjoy the terrace area.

Here for a wedding in Central Park. Great location for that. The couple getting married requested we stay here. I love boutique hotels but this one was lacking many of the amenities you’d expect for a boutique hotel. Too many to list. There are other hotels near the location that I wish we had considered instead.
