"Check-in was frustrating as I had called to get my husband's name added to our reservation, and despite being told this was done, they gave him a hard time at check-in because they did not have him listed correctly (somehow they added his name as my middle name instead). Aside from that, the hotel was very nice, clean and updated. Would have been nice if the breakfast was available earlier as we had to leave by 6:30, but it was not."

"Staff were friendly and willing to help, but the room I stayed in had some odd stains that definitely soured my stay a bit. One looked like a bit of blood on the wall, and another stain in the bathroom looked like someone had just painted over someone’s booger on the wall near the toilet. Breakfast in the morning was great and the lobby was clean and well maintained. Pool and Ice Machines were unfortunately down and closed until further notice. Sound insulation isn’t the greatest since there was this Tan Cadillac Escalade blaring music at maximum volume at random points throughout our stay. We had earbuds to put in to block out the sound, and at least it didn’t happen at night. I’m being a little bit picky about that one as anyone has the freedom to do what they want, but for those seeking a quieter stay, this may throw you off."

"Unfortunately really noisy neighbors who were playing rap music very loud and shouting at each other at 2am. Advised front desk who spoke to them and noise/shouting started again a few minutes later. Advised front desk again but nothing changed. Complained again with same level of disruption at 5am. 7-8 people in next room, loud music, banging in walls, shouting, partying in the hallway. Hotel said they would comp parking and breakfast but no refund. I believe the offending guests should have been removed and rooms should not permit 7-8 guests."

"Breakfast was great! A pretty decent spread, although the same everyday I really can’t complain. The pool is huge, and hot tub too. Room seemed very clean minus carpet. Socks got dirty so maybe needed a shampooing. I wish the curtains closed all the way… I used a hair clip to help. Staff was all very kind. There were graduations and was a baseball tournament so a thousand kids running around and filled the pool, but they were respectful. I suspect that’s why I didn’t have a lot of hotel options when choosing a hotel. However after visiting, I think I’d come back if ever there again. Very close to everything, so the location was convenient. Quiet, too."
