"Clean room, convenient, affordable."

"The stay was fast, beds were comfortable and rooms were clean."

"we needed an overnight stay somewhere close to new orleans bc its a 9 hour drive from home to the carnival terminal. this place needed a deep clean, (deep dust under the bed and behind the night stand etc) and minor other things, so i rate it at ok. the location was great for us."

"This is a very basic, motel-style hotel. It's the kind of place you stay when you don't want to spend much money so you don't ask for a lot. The rooms and the hotel are a bit dated, but it was functional. It's close to I-12, in case that matters."

"Always a great stay. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Bed and pillows are amazing! Never disappointed when I stay."

"We always love staying here. The staff bend over backwards to make your stay memorable. We like it so much we're planning to host our wedding reception here next year!"

"Air conditioning and bedding was excellent. However facility was very run down and needed maintenance."

"Clean room , nice staff available parking "

"The stay was awesome "

"My stay here has always been pleasant and peaceful"

"Very friendly staff, clean and neat. Would definitely stay there again. "

"Air conditioning"

"The motel owners have decorated in alot of rodeo/cowboy/western motif & memorabilia. I found it to be a very comfortable environment. The elderly staff were charming and helpful. The room was ground level & I appreciated that without having to disclose my medical condition of emphysema. The room was clean, but at first there was a strong odor of stale, wet mops...after I turned on the AC, it wasn't noticeable. There was 2 beds...the one nearest the door was a much firmer mattress...the other bed...

"Everything was great."

"all good"
