The Omni Berkshire is a beautiful hotel and perfectly located for our visit to Radio City Music Hall. The staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms were very nice and very comfortable. I will stay there again when I return to NYC.

Walkable area, staff very friendly and helpful, although breakfast seemed to be short staffed with slow service. This was inconveinant when plans were made for the day.
Valet parking was great.
I would recommend this hotel, rooms clean and not cramped.

This hotel is fantastic. The rooms are spacious—a real luxury in New York. The location is excellent, and even though it’s close to Times Square, it’s surprisingly quiet. Everything was spotless, the staff were wonderful, and the food was great.
