"The lodging was perfect for our stay. It was in close proximity to a great market and the Breachway. Check in was very easy, the room was very clean and had plenty of sets of towels and derivatives. Comfortable small room. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Happy staff....happy customer. Good luck with the beautiful renovations!"

"A piece of Heaven right here at the 1661 Inn. All staff were helpful, polite and very pleasant. Everything you can imagine for breakfast, and it was all delicious. The view from the deck off of our room was breathtaking. Our champagne and cookies were waiting for us which was a great way to start off our fun time on the Island. "

"This was a great overnight Inn. The staff was super nice and helpful. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Only down side was we weren't able to use the fire place after a chilly rain, but staff did get us a few more blankets."
