"Poorly staffed restaurant; they were good though. The room and the building of the room was horrific and in dire need of maintenance and updating. I feel ripped off. The property has much potential, but the rooms *8 of us traveled here* were in poor condition. The footprint/floorplan is excellent but needs major repairs and renovation. My door stuck "

"The staff, was preoccupied with their phones and conversations with other co-workers, I booked this hotel as they offered a free breakfast then while checking in the woman told me that since I booked with Hotels.com, I was not eligible for the breakfast and in fact had to pay for it. The hot tub that I asked where it was ( I was told it was outside -, which it was, but it was also broken and full of bugs and grime - which would have been nice to know before I made my way down there ready to soak my tired bones in my swimsuit). And the maids were knocking on my door even though I had a do not disturb sign on the door and well before the checkout time of 11:00. Overall a VERY POOR experience. Do yourself a favor and don't book here. There are other and better options not to far away."

"Employees were the absolute best! Good place to come stay if you just want to get away. Was a little smelly in the lobby and room but nothing horrible. Used febreze and the smell vanished! Other than that I really enjoyed my stay here, would definitely recommend!! Thank you to the staff for everything!"
