"Shower wasn't working no water and the smoke alarm was covered with plastic. The most ghetto hotel you can stay around roseville area. I would rather stay somewhere else nearby way cheaper price that's much better than this terrible place. "

"The AC was broken in my room and I brought it to staff’s attention 3 TIMES and Expedia’s one time before anything was done…. majority of the staff I told spoke to me like I was inept and didn’t know how to use an AC system… I do. Neither the guy in-house, nor some random management woman knew what they were doing. The only person who actually seemed interested in fixing the problem was the girl at the front desk after I brought it up multiple times. They agreed to comp my room stating that there were no rooms that would accommodate my party size.. there were two people in my group— myself and one other. Once I made them aware of that, interestingly enough, a room became available. So they ended up finding another room in which the AC did work. Not a good experience. "

"Made use of the laundry room to do the laundry. Friendly staff. Clean all over!!! PS: the toaster needs to be replaced as it does not work at all "

"For an extended stay it had a breakfast (which was better than what many hotels offer) and also a free laundry. The one bedroom studio we had was spacious enough and although there was a dishwasher the only dishes and utensils were for two (two dishes, two cups, two glasses, two spoons, etc.). We would definitely stay again if we were in the area."

"Great property great place great staff very clean very luxurious even had a small billing dilemma afterwards and they took care of it expeditiously and made sure I was compensated for their small mistake. I’m very happy with their service."
