We had a drink and dinner in the restaurant upstairs, and loved the food and service. Lovely views from the roof bar and decor."

The friendly front desk staff can get a little overwhelmed, as they have to attend to check-ins and the cafe; and if you have an email with your parking confirmation, have it ready, otherwise you may be told to park on the street. Overall, they do their best to accommodate you. So if you’re going to Southampton, Second Chance is a fine choice for lodging."
