Everything we needed in the kitchen was available , loved the entire house.. windows to see all around property.. loved having windows in the bedroom open at night for fresh air. loved being able to talk walks with my pet.. Felt very safe. and the outdoor Dog fenced in area was a great touch..

We loved our stay at the house! Josh was incredibly communicative with us throughout our stay, and the house was perfect for us. The backyard is very spacious. Quiet and safe neighborhood, that is conveniently located as well. We would definitely stay again.

Great spot for a family!

We had a wonderful stay with 8 family members! The home was in a quiet neighborhood, but close to stores and restaurants. There was plenty of everything, from space, to cleaning supplies, to linens and towels. The owners had thought of lots of details.We stay in short term rentals often, and this has been one of the best!

Perfect Stay

Stayed here with a group and can’t say enough good things about the house. It was clean and well appointed, with plenty of towels in every room and extra hygiene products in the bathrooms. The open layout downstairs and kitchen met all of our needs. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing Place to Stay

This is a beautiful home in a great neighborhood. We had a group of 7 friends and there was plenty of room for everyone to hang out together and have their own spaces. The backyard is large amd secluded. The beds were extremely comfortable.

We had a pleasant time at the house. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It had many extras. We enjoyed the coffee and tea. There were games for both indoors and out. Playing the piano was a treat. We'd stay there again.

Wonderful Oasis during my daughter's wedding week

The house was perfect for our family to get together during my daughter's wedding. Very clean and had everything we needed. Close to stores & restaurants. Easy to get on and off the highways. Great neighborhood, plenty of room.

We just spent three nights at this location and found the house to be clean and comfortable. We had 6 adults and there was plenty of room. The beds and furniture were comfortable, the kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with some essentials. The area is in close proximity to grocery and convenience stores, gas stations, and restaurants. It has a large backyard with some yard games available as well. I was very pleased with our stay and would definitely book again if in the area. Thanks to our hosts! M

This property is just as it looks. Plenty of space for a family of 5 to come back to and relax after a busy day sight-seeing. We absolutely LOVED this neighborhood. It's so quiet and well-kept. Love that they have kept nature incorporated & given each house a unique look instead of completely clearing the land and making cookie-cutter houses. Fantastic Vacation Rental

We deeply enjoyed our late July stay in Chester Springs. The house is newly renovated and owners have really thought of everything. Plenty of extra linens, hampers in every room, kitchen and pantry stocked with all the essentials to cook at home. The neighborhood is so close to lots of dining and shopping options, both mainstay chains like Dunkin and Dominos, and little locally-owned restaurants and stores. We hosted a graduation party at the property for my nephew while we were in town and the house was absolutely perfect. Josh was so quick to respond anytime we had a question. Can't wait to come back next summer.

Perfect family house

Josh was an amazing host! He answered all of my questions quickly and when I asked if there was a Cornhole game included - he went out and bought one for us. That is top service! The house is updated, meticulously clean, and extremely well-stocked. The best part - so much space for our family to enjoy. It has a large yard, two eating areas, living & family rooms, and five large bedrooms. We loved being close to Marsh Creek State Park and there was a grocery store down the street. And, if all that wasn't enough - this house is dog-friendly! My family (four-legged ones included) felt like this was home away from home and can't wait to go back next year. Book it - you won't regret it!

Exceptional home!

We stayed here for 4 nights. I can't say enough good words for the hosts. The house was fully stocked with amenities - everything you might forget toiletry wise and need in the kitchen. From blenders to nice serve ware, they have it covered. We loved the fact that there were two family room spaces. The bedrooms were quiet and the beds super comfortable. The house is close by the highway, but you would never know it - nice quiet neighborhood. And the home is quite private as it sits back from the road and the backyard is fully private with trees. There is a nice grocery store (Acme) minutes away for any foods you don't have. Any time I had a question, the hosts were very quick to reply - very nice! We'd totally recommend staying here. Everyone loved it!

Perfect for a wedding weekend!

Our daughter was married at The Barn at Stoneybrooke, about a half hour away. We had 5 adults staying, and there were plenty of beds and bathrooms, a well-appointed kitchen, lots of room to spread out, and a nice little patio with table, chairs and umbrella-the perfect place to relax the day after the wedding. Since the groom's family is from down south, we hadn't spent any time with them previous to the wedding. The spacious house enabled us to invite them over for a nice visit before we all returned home. The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood, but close enough to hotels (where several wedding guests stayed), restaurants (where rehearsal dinner and welcome party were held), and stores to be readily accessible should you need anything. Josh was very prompt in answering any questions we had. Would definitely stay there again!
