"Great staff lovely breakfast but noisy until the pub closes but really quiet after that until staff arrive at 7ish to start breakfast.Location is good only a very short walk to town centre.Parking can be a real issue no blue badge spaces nearby on street parking but very busy when we were there & had to park a few streets away.On street parking is limited to 1-2 hours between 10am-6pm Mon-Sat so a bit of an issue for us.As my husband is disabled staff did offer for us to open the courtyard gates...

"Great restaurant and good location in a quiet neighborhood near Cambridge. The staff was very accommodating and even kept the kitchen open late to provide us dinner upon our late arrival. Rooms are small but well appointed & good value for the price. The bed size was advertised as king but it was a double which is small for us. The windows do not open in the room (perhaps for safety as the rooms are all ground floor) so the room was a bit stuffy and warm for our comfort. A fan was provided,...

"The Old Bell was great. Tastefully refurbished,conveniently situated to visit places of interest. Handy local convenience store/post office nearby. The owners Greg and Jackie were excellent hosts, nothing to much trouble, we would love to go back to West Norfolk again to visit more places and we’ll definitely be staying again in The Old Bell👍😘"

"The host checked before my arrival what time I'd be booking in. Unfortunately I was early so they were out but Alison was very accomodating when I said I'd be back around 10pm. Place was lovely and room was very comfortable with an array of items on the room to make my stay more comfortable. Overall would highly recommend but would also advise to close your windows before bed as the crows and peacocks woke me up at 5am!"

"The B&B was a really comfortable and pleasant experience. The best reception by the hosts. I was made to almost feel part of the family and would book again when I’m in the area. Only point that needs to be looked at is, on Hotels.com all rooms are on-suite but my room had a bathroom down the stairs, albeit a very nice bathroom. I booked on suite and expected on Suite. Apart from that it’s 10/10 from me. I would stay again. "

"The Hosts Jude & Karl make you very welcome . I was travelling alone and booked a single room which was compact but just right for me on this trip . Tea & Coffee facilities are provided as well as shower gel , soap and shampoo . You can also park at the property . Breakfast is cooked to order and delicious. The property also has a beautiful little garden at the back which I enjoyed sitting in . Within walking distance to the Town through a lovely park where you will find a number of pubs,bars...

"Extremely clean and comfortable, well presented rooms and communal areas. Fabulous attention to detail all round. Excellent breakfast choices cooked to order. Quiet location. 20 minutes drive from central Cambridge with option of Park and Drive only 5 mins away. Highly recommended. "

There was something of interest with an antique shop in the yard too ..not for someone looking for a modern hotel though walking distance to a nice village pub with good food ..highly recommend this place "

"What an amazing location, set in the middle of an expanse of fields my as I drove down the road that leads to the mill there were rabbits, deer and pheasants scattering in front of the car. The gardens and pond are beautiful and the room perfectly clean and the mill has been renovated to an incredibly high standard. An early breakfast of home made bread with coffee watching the sun rise over a unbroken vista of fields not another house in sight. I found the mill by accident when traveling for...

"Room was very dated, the mattress was a cheap thin mattress and springs were noisy everytime you moved. The bathroom was again in need of repair. The whole toilet pan moved everytime you sat on it. "
