The area is off-putting with cars on bricks and a lot of broken trash sitting around. The home was large enough for what we needed and pet friendly, but there were many issues. The sliding door to the balcony was duck taped in, the screen on the door did not fit and fell upon opening it. The fridge and freezer turned on but was not cold which caused us to need ice and coolers to keep our food safe. It was also moldy, dirty and smelly.The a/c units were filthy and did not cool the apartment which we then needed to buy fans because it was over 90 degrees inside. The change filter indicator was on for both units. The table in the living room was wobbly and legs were crooked, we were nervous our 2 year old would get hurt on this. While the host did provide furniture covers for our dogs, there really was not a good area on site for pets. The bathtub could not be used for bath as the faucet was not fully attached to the wall and the plug did not work. Water pressure was awful. Many wall hooks were not securely attached. Kitchen pans were burnt and unusable. The property has potential but needs new appliances and updates. Tv in the bedroom did not work as cord wasn’t long enough to reach outlet. I appreciated the toys, games and books. Beds were comfortable enough and there was plenty of space, but no working fridge or a/c was huge downside.
