Kitchen fully equipped. Beautiful sunsets, plenty of deer/more wildlife sightings. Split level home with living room SmartTV and bonus room SmartTV. Screened in deck and back patio. Find plenty of peace and relaxation. Two charcoal grills. Kentucky Lake Tennessee River. Near the south end of Land Between the Lakes LBL, across from Paris Landing State Park (~10 minutes by boat or ~20 minute drive). EXPLORE Dover history and wildlife reserves. The heart of Paris, TN about 33 minutes drive and Clarksville about 50 minutes drive. This home is near the Kentucky Tennessee border on Kentucky Lake. The description is accurate,This place is phenonmal!!!!!! what is posted is what you get. Why I say this are rentals that do not uphold to their postings; especially in the area of cleaning. Which starts the vacation off to a bad start,equalling to dishonesty and unethical practice of the renter. HOWEVER that is not true of this place. It is VERY CLEAN, The owner immediately reached out to us and was warm and inviting in her text, answering questions, and providing all the local activities; stores, to obtaining a fishing license, restaurants, antiques shops, she took out all the work to find these; one less thing to do. This place was exceptional. The house is beautiful and comfortable with plenty of CLEAN towels and bedding. The view and the access to the water from their house makes this place one that you just have to stay at. If you like to fish and love the water and enjoy the wildlife. If you need to get your fix of water; This is the place If you need your share of quiet and inspiration; This is the place This is a gem tucked in the hills and trees of Tennessee. Absolutely LOVED it.

Beautiful home with great views.
The house is beautifully kept and the kitchen is well stocked. It’s situated on the lake with the dock facing west allowing for some truly spectacular sunsets. The house is quite big and would easily accommodate a large family. All the appliances are full-sized, the beds were comfortable, you really couldn’t ask for anything more. The yard is enormous, plenty of room for the kids to run around. The house feels secluded, yet at the same time is only about 20 minutes to the closest grocery store. Lots of wildlife, I haven’t seen that many deer in a long time. The hosts were incredible, they bent over backwards to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. If you are considering this property, don’t hesitate to book. I am looking forward to my next visit.

I can’t say enough great things about this property and Laurie. I booked the property in September and three days before arrival my brother was diagnosed with COVID. Laurie was very understanding about our inability to make the trip. She allowed me to reschedule at a later date as long as the property wasn’t booked a week out. That was very fair and I was grateful. When we arrived, the property did not disappoint. It was clean, well-appointed and exceeded my expectations. Communication with Laurie and her response was exceptional. I highly recommend this property and plan to book it again in the future.

If you are looking for a wonderful lake home this is your place. Beautiful location, local restaurants are just a boat ride away. Property owners were very informative and easy to get ahold of. House has plenty of room for all.

Peaceful getaway
The house is lovely and well appointed. The host has great communication and wanted to make sure all of our needs were met. The scenery was beautiful, we spent lots of time on the screen porch playing card games and board games with the incredible view of the lake and it was such a nice break from the sounds of cars and traffic!
