"We had to find a property at a minute’s notice due to unforeseen circumstances. This could not have been better for our needs. The owners were welcoming, helpful and very accommodating. We had two 20 month girls and it was a great place for them. The toys and games in the property were fantastic. The village and villagers couldn’t have been more welcoming for the girls, on our walks they would go out of their way to show us the farm animals, horses and anything that took their interest. "Nice, clean property with pleasant garden. Owner lives next door and kindly provided us with fresh eggs from his hens! Unfortunately there was no hot tub which had been stated in the advert. When asked about this the owner said he knew nothing about a hot tub. As the hot tub was the main reason for choosing this gite we were extremely disappointed. "There was a communication issue between the hotel and Expedia, however I was offered a free upgrade to a better room. The staff were very accommodating to all my requests, the apartment was probably the best I've stayed in including a living room with kitchenette, 2 double bedrooms, bathroom and rest room. There was also a balcony with table and seating. Complimentary water was provided. There was even a lazyboy recliner. We did buy some drinks from the bar, be aware that you had to take the drinks back to your room rather than drink them at the bar."
